Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 peaches
40gr amaretto biscuits
Some peeled sweet almond
4 tbs sugar
1 tbs sieved unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs butter
1 glass sweet wine
Preparation:
Cut peaches in half, take stone out and also some pulp making larger the hole.
Pour this pulp in a medium bowl.
Add minced almonds, crashed amaretto, 2 tbs sugar and 1 tbs cocoa.
Stir well the mixture, add some tbs wine if dough is too dry.
Fill the peach holes with this mixture. Arranges peaches on a greased oven-pan.
Pour over peaches remaining wine, sprinkle with sugar and bake in 180°C oven.
After 40 minutes serve peaches.
