Hazelnuts cake

Ingredients:
200gr toasted hazelnuts 200gr flour 200gr sugar 200gr soften butter 2 eggs Grated lemon skin
Preparation:
Combine butter with sugar, mince hazelnuts.
Sieve flour over a wooden surface, make an hole in the middle and pour butter, sugar, yolks, hazelnuts, lemon skin in, knead all ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks forms and add to knead very gently. Stir well till dough is uniform, soft and dense.
Pour knead in a oven-pan and bake in 180°C oven for 40 minutes.
