Ingredients for 2 servings:
2tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4lt cold milk 2 small cups unsweetened coffee Sugar 1 glass water
Preparation:
In a medium bowl sieve cocoa powder, add some sugar, melt everything pouring slowly some cold water, than milk and coffee. Cook using medium heat, beat with a mixer till surface became foamy. pour in individual cups, serve barbajada very hot, with whipped cream.
