Desserts Recipes - Mousse and creams
Mascarpone cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:
200gr mascarpone 200gr sugar 3 egg yolks 2 egg whites 1 small glass rum
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl beat yolks with sugar. When well whipped , add mascarpone and rum. Beat well till cream is uniform and soft.
Beat whites till stiff peaks forms and add to cream mixing very gently from down to up using a wodden spoon.
Pour cream in individual cups or in one big cup, refrigerate for few hours and serve. You can use mascarpone cream with dry biscuits or panettone (Christmas cake).
