Desserts Recipes - Fried food and fritters
Làciâditt (apple fritter)

Ingredients for 6 servings:
3 apples 250gr white flour 1 whole egg Sugar 1 pinch salt Some milk Lard or oil to fry
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, egg, milk, and salt. Stir well till batter is pretty liquid. Set aside for one hour at least.
In the meantime, peel and pit apples, cut 1/2cm slices. Pour in batter bowl and mix well.
In a medium pan melt lard, when hot take an apple slice per time and pour it in lard pan to fry.
Turn fritters up side down till gold, drain and dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
