Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 whole eggs 4 tbs sugar Red wine, Barbera type
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl beat whole eggs and sugar using an electric beater. Add slowly as much wine as the quantity of 8 half egg shells and mix well. Pour this beverage in rough small cups and serve.
