Ingredients:
300gr flour 150gr sugar 150gr soft butter 150gr toasted and peeled almonds (toasted in oven) 1 egg yolk 1 tsp baking powder 1 grated lemon skin
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour with baking powder and all other ingredients. Knead well and pour dough on a greased oven pan.
Roll or press with fingertips dough in a 2cm high sheet. Bake using medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
