Ingredients:
1/2kg dry chestnuts Cream
Preparation:
Pour dry chestnuts in a big mixing bowl, deep in warm water and set aside for one night.
Than drain well, remove eventual remaining peel and boil in a big pan with enough water to cover chestnuts.
Cook using low heat till chestnuts absorb all water. Finally pour chestnuts in individual cups and serve with liquid cream.
