Almond cake

Ingredients for 6 servings:
200gr white flour 200gr thin corn flour 200gr minced sweet almonds 200gr sugar 1 dose vanilla 120gr butter 100gr soft lard 2 egg yolks 1 lemon skin Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Over a wooden surface combine the two kinds of flour, make an hole in the middle and pour almonds, sugar, egg yolks, lemon skin and vanilla in.
Knead well and reform the mountain with an hole in the middle. Place butter and lard in. Knead fast till ingredients are mixed and crumble with fingertips to avoid a dough too uniform.
Let fall crumble dough on a greased oven pan (24cm diameter) and arrange it uniform.
Bake in preheated 180°C oven for one hour. Serve cold sprinkled with powdered sugar.
