Desserts Recipes - Tea cakes, biscuits
Mocci atterrati (almond candy)

Ingredients for 6 servings:
100gr shelled almonds
100gr sugar
water

Preparation:
Blanch almonds and peel them.
Dry in 100°C oven shaking and turning them often, almonds should not became gold.

In a medium pan combine 2 tbs water and sugar, when sugar melts add almonds and stir with a wooden spoon.

As soon as sugar get firm and “dress” almonds with whitish grains take away from heat and pour all on the table, separate all almonds.

Cool down and serve cold.
