Ingredients for 4 servings:
250gr white flour
1 abundant tbs semolina
1/2lt water
1 leave bay
Olive oil
Salt
Oil to fry
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
In a medium pot pour water, one leave bay, tree tbs oil and boil.
Take away from fire, pour flour and semolina and mix with a wooden spoon.
Cook again using low heat, keep stirring, for 10 minutes.
As soon as mixture is uniform pour it over a wet wooden surface , take bay away, level the surface and let cool.
Cut in several rhombus and fry in hot oil.
Turn fritters to fry both sides, drain and dry, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
