Ingredients for 4 servings:
200gr thin corn flour 100gr think corn flour 150gr white flour 3 eggs 150gr soft butter 100gr sugar 15gr yeast some lukewarm milk 10gr elder flours vanilla sugar 1 pinch salt
Preparation:
Sieve flours over a wooden surface. Add eggs, salt, sugar, elder flowers and butter in pieces. Melt yeast in some milk and add to mixture, knead well.
Knead some minutes more and shape dough as a ball, cover with a towel and let raise for one hour.
Divide dough in small balls, press them a bit, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and arrange them on a prepared oven pan (greased with oil and floured).
Bake for 190°C for half hour.
