Ingredients:
100gr stale bread
150gr milk
1 sliced apple
1 sliced pear
50gr butter
50gr sugar
1 whole egg
1tbs white flour
1tbs corn flour
raisin
fresh grape
1 lemon skin grated
Sugar grains
Minced rosemary
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation:
In a big mixing bowl dip sliced bread and milk for about one hour.
As soon as bread is soft add apple and pear, flours, lemon skin, grapes, raisin, sugar, salt and egg.
Stir well till uniform. Grease with butter a 24cm oven pan and arrange dough in.
Pour some oil on the surface, sprinkle with rosemary, sugar grains, butter curly.
Bake in 180°C oven for about one hour.
