Sanguinaccio

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1lt full cream milk
500gr caster sugar
200gr unsweetened chocolate
80gr starch
200gr unsweetened cocoa powder
100gr butter
1 dose vanilla
1 dose cinnamon
200gr candy cedar
100gr candy orange skin
1 tbs Strega liquor

Preparation:
In a medium pan combine sugar, starch, cocoa powder, cinnamon and pour slowly milk.

Cook using medium heat and stir continuously.
Add butter, chocolate and boil.
Pour the liquor tablespoon.

Turn off and cool. Finally add diced cedar, sliced orange skin and vanilla.
Pour in individual cups and serve when cool with carnival cakes and sweet liquor.
